I began my career in the hospitality industry training as a Chef, then progressing into Operations for two of the largest contract caterers. In 2010 I then pivoted into  hospitality recruitment, and 13 years later have re-joined Off to Work to diversify and develop Talent Placement within the Education, Commercial and Hotels sectors.

I specialise in placing Management level roles and believe the ability to find the right home for a candidate and place the right talent for a client comes from building long-term partnerships and taking the time to understand the wants and needs of both parties to find that ‘perfect match’.

Having been both a candidate and client of Off To Work I work on every opportunity wearing both caps, always reflecting on personal experiences and striving to provide excellence.
