My life pre-recruitment was spent in the kitchen for 23 years, starting as an Apprentice Chef learning the craft working my way up to Head Chef leading brigades.  From fine dining and casual restaurants, to pubs, private members clubs and corporate catering I have experienced many different kitchen and client environments.

My experience as a Chef over the years helps me understand the needs of the Candidate (who I once was) and our Clients. I believe in using this experience to help Chefs and BOH personnel make the right choices in taking the next exciting steps in their careers.

My specialist sectors are Education, Commercial Restaurants, Events and Hotels

​Away from work I enjoy spending time with the family as well as following Arsenal FC.
