​Having spent my whole adult life in high-end hospitality in South Africa, after I moved to England I was lucky enough to be able to join the Off to Work team.

I began my journey at Off to Work as an Operations Manager, getting to know and understand the UK hospitality market, our amazing clients and casual team members. The opportunity presented itself for me join the Permanent Talent Placement team and I jumped at it. My focus has always been to understanding the company culture and finding the best candidate with both the skill set and personality that would best fit the role and company. 

My recruitment focus is now entirely on in-house recruitment for the Off to Work team, across all regions. It is my responsibility to bring in new talent to help us grow and expand our business to new heights, by constantly looking for exciting new talent and seeing where they would best fit into our business.
