Corporate Contract Catering
Flagship Multi-Site Operation
London

Excellent Benefits

We’re assisting the UK’s leading food service provider in the recruitment of a Senior Account Manager to lead a flagship, multi-site London portfolio. This high-profile role covers a Global HQ and several satellite locations, serving around 8,000 employees with annual turnover exceeding £10m.

This is a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment spanning grab-and-go retail, artisan coffee, employee dining, hospitality, events, conferencing, and executive-level services. Delivering a consistently exceptional, five-star experience is non-negotiable.
You’ll take full ownership of the account, with a major focus on leading a high-impact mobilisation and a future site transition. From day one, you’ll be responsible for driving seamless delivery, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance.

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader who can raise standards, embed consistency, and inspire high-performing teams. This is a career-defining opportunity with clear long-term progression for the right individual.

The Role

  • Full P&L accountability for a multi-site, multi-format F&B operation (£10m+)

  • Lead large-scale mobilisation, openings and transitions, including a major upcoming site launch

  • Oversee operational readiness & implementation of compliance, systems (EPOS/stock), suppliers

  • Drive service excellence, consistency and operational efficiency across all locations

  • Lead, develop and inspire a senior management team and overall team of ~120

  • Act as senior client lead, building credible, strategic stakeholder relationships

  • Manage both cost-plus and commercial models, ensuring strong financial performance

  • Embed a high-performance culture and develop future leadership capability

About You

  • Currently operating in a No.1 leadership role with full business accountability

  • Proven experience in corporate contract catering within high-volume, complex environments

  • Strong multi-site leadership and mobilisation experience preferred

  • Track record of managing similar budgets with clear commercial impact

  • Confident, decisive leader with excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Structured, solutions-focused and resilient under pressure

  • Professional presence with the credibility to operate at senior stakeholder level

This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship London account and play a key role in a high-profile mobilisation within a market-leading organisation, offering strong long-term progression.
