This role is help cover across 3 different sites in central London. Each site is slightly different but has the same ethos and desirer to deliver great food.
What’s on Offer
Working closely with the Group Head Chef, you’ll be part of team delivering across 3 different venues. Delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality dining across the sites. You’ll play a key role in maintaining standards, motivating the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Mostly daytime hours
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- 40-hour working week

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day‑to‑day running of the kitchens
- Taking responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence
- Liaising confidently with Front of House and clients
- Delivering exceptional food standards under pressure
- Ensuring all H&S and food safety procedures are followed at all times
