40 hours – 5 days over 7
Salary: up to £41,000 + service charge (approx: £6,000–£8,000 annually)
  
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and service-led Beverage Manager to join an exclusive members club. This role would suit an individual from a high-end bar, restaurant, hotel, or members club background who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional beverage experiences.
  
Reporting to the senior beverage leadership team, you will oversee all beverage operations across the members club, leading a skilled and energetic bar team in a unique and high-profile hospitality setting.
You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience across daily service, peak trading periods, and exclusive events.
  

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day beverage operations across multiple bars within the members club
  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent, and commercially focused drinks offering
  • Train, develop, and motivate the team to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Manage stocks, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and drive customer satisfaction, responding to member feedback proactively
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, events, and wider operations teams to deliver seamless service
  • Support and execute premium events and member activations
  
About You
  • Experience in a Beverage Manager or Senior Bar leadership role, in a high-end bar, restaurant, hotel, or members club setting.
  • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and wider beverage trends
  • Experience managing stock, inventory systems, and supplier relationships
  • Confident leader with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong member-first approach
  • Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about delivering a polished, high-end hospitality experience
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
