Tronc: £4,000-£5,000 per annum
Schedule: 5 days from 7 | No late nights

About the Opportunity A prestigious 5-star hotel, part of a respected and established hotel group, is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join its long-standing and highly regarded kitchen brigade.
Working with premium ingredients and high standards, you will take ownership of a fully plated breakfast service, creating exceptional dishes that leave guests with a lasting impression. The Role As Breakfast Chef, you will:

• Lead and oversee the daily breakfast service
• Prepare and present high-quality plated breakfast dishes
• Work closely with an experienced and supportive kitchen team
• Assist with lunch and conference catering when required
• Receive, check and correctly store deliveries
• Maintain food safety standards and complete all required documentation, including temperature and delivery records
• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all dishes

No buffet service and no late-night shifts.
