We are recruiting talented Chef de Parties to join a prestigious, high-end corporate dining operation based in Canary Wharf. This is a rare opportunity to deliver Michelin-level food within a structured, Monday-to-Friday environment – offering true work-life balance.
About the Role
Working within luxury client and conference centres, you will support the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences – from refined meeting catering through to high-profile events for up to 500 guests.
You’ll collaborate with experienced Executive Chefs and a highly skilled brigade, producing food to fine-dining and Michelin standards in a professional, innovative, and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Run your kitchen section from preparation through to service
- Deliver premium, fine-dining dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity
- Maintain 5-star hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards at all times
- Manage stock efficiently, minimise waste, and ensure accurate ordering
- Perform under pressure during busy service and high-end events
- Support and mentor junior chefs, maintaining strong brigade standards
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in high-end kitchens (Michelin / 5-star hotels / premium events)
- Strong technical cooking ability and attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for food and continuous development
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications (NVQ or equivalent) preferred
- Interest in sustainability and reducing food waste
- Monday to Friday schedule – no late nights or weekends
- 40 hours per week with consistent bookings
