Chef de Partie | Prestigious School, Cambridge
£27,754.80 per year (£15.15 per hour) + Paid Overtime
40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Term Time Plus | 45.6 weeks paid across 12 equal monthly instalments
Latest finish: 7pm
Occasional weekends shared fairly across the team

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food and helping maintain exceptional standards across the kitchen.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Supporting menu planning and development with fresh ideas and creativity.
  • Running your section efficiently and maintaining excellent organisation.
  • Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth daily service.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or is a strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
  • Takes pride in producing quality food with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a team environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Holds a culinary qualification or equivalent professional training.
