Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 + £300-£400/Month Tronc + Company Bonus

A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a a lovely Members Club based in Surrey, This role is based on a 5/7 Rota with 2 days off together, this will be 8 hour straight shifts. Shift times will vary between 6.30am for breakfast service to 3pm for a late shift, You will work 40 hours with any additional hours taken as Lieu hours
The Chef de Partie will join a large well stablished kitchen team of around 12-13 Chefs and work in different areas of the kitchen. Food offers include Brasserie Stye Restaurant, Bar Menu and events and functions - Buffets / Canapes / Sit Down service.
The Chef de Partie will need to be flexible to work in any area required and have a positive attitude and work cleanly and organized as it is a busy kitchen. You will need your own transport due to the location of the role.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has worked in high end Restaurants or 5* Hotels or other high end Members clubs. This role gives a good work / life balance as 5/7 and straight shifts on a 40 Hour contract
