Job description
Events Client Services Manager
Location: Central London & The City
Salary: £45,000-£48,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus
Contract: Full Time, Monday-Friday
Our client is a premium flexible workspace and events business, creating exceptional environments where businesses work, meet and connect across London.
We are looking for an Events Client Services Manager to own the client journey from confirmed booking through to successful event delivery. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, venue teams and supplier partners, you'll ensure every event reflects the premium standards of the brand.
This is not a hands-on catering or food & beverage operations role. It's a client-facing position focused on event planning, stakeholder management and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Whilst much of the role is office-based coordination, you will be expected to lead the operational delivery of larger, high-profile or strategically important events on-site.
