Executive Head Pastry Chef - £90,000 + Service Charge

We are recruiting a highly accomplished Executive Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry function within a prestigious 5★ luxury hotel in central London.

This is a key leadership role overseeing all pastry and bakery operations, spanning fine dining, afternoon tea, banqueting, and high-volume service.
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional quality, driving innovation, and setting the standard for pastry across the property.

You will lead, develop, and inspire a skilled pastry brigade, ensuring consistency, creativity, and flawless execution at all times, while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and kitchen organisation.

The Candidate
  • Proven experience as a Head / Executive Pastry Chef within a 5★ hotel (essential)
  • Background in luxury hotels or Michelin-level kitchens
  • Strong technical ability across chocolate work, sugar craft, and plated desserts
  • Experience delivering afternoon tea and large-scale banqueting
  • A creative, detail-driven leader with excellent team management skills
  • Highly organised with strong standards in cleanliness and kitchen discipline
