Barista & Client Hospitality Assistant – London Law Firm
40 hours - Monday to Friday
£14.80/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality coffees and beverages using traditional espresso machines, maintaining consistency and presentation standards
• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service to clients, partners, and colleagues throughout busy periods
• Support light food preparation and assist with daily café operations
• Maintain an immaculate, well‑organised service area that reflects the firm’s professional environment
• Assist with stock rotation, café opening procedures, and end‑of‑day close‑down
• Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless service across the firm

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a fast‑paced café or hospitality setting
• Calm, professional demeanour — especially during high‑volume periods
• Strong communication skills and a naturally welcoming presence
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and cleanliness
• Reliable, proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable multitasking and maintaining high standards in a dynamic workplace
