General Manager – Independent Gastro Pub – Notting Hill

£ 60,000+ Bonus | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

I’m absolutely delighted to be partnering with a charming, independent gastro pub group in their search for a talented and passionate General Manager to lead the team at their Notting Hill site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of a thriving, community-focused venue that already turns over around £30k per week with a 50.50 split in wet and dry sales — this venue has the clear potential to push this to £50k+ under the right leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading and inspiring a team of 6 chefs, 3 managers, and up to 20 front-of-house staff.
  • Driving footfall and increasing average transaction value (ATV) through smart sales initiatives and exceptional guest experience.
  • Delivering consistently outstanding customer service, maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere the site is known for.
  • Working closely with the ownership to shape the venue's success and grow its reputation in the local area.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up, ideally with gastro pub or premium casual dining experience.
  • A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
  • A commercially savvy operator who understands how to drive both revenue and customer loyalty.
