Guest Services Attendant — 5-Star Hotel
Near Frimley, Surrey £26,500 + approx. £5,000 annual tronc (£31,500 OTE)
Role requirements
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Minimum 3 years' UK driving experience for the vehicle type required
  • Full EU/UK driving licence

What you'll do
  • Welcome guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner from the moment they arrive
  • Handle luggage delivery and collection
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, setting the tone for their whole stay
  • Respond to guests' special requests with flexibility and creativity
  • Support the wider front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
You'll get full training and clear guidance on how the hotel likes to look after its guests — this is just a flavour of a day in the role.

About you
  • Some experience in a customer-facing hospitality, retail or leisure role (hotel experience is a bonus, not essential)
  • A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English
  • Calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organised, with a good eye for detail and personal presentation
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude
Desirable: previous experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
