Head Chef – Pan‑Asian Kitchen
Edinburgh or Glasgow
£39,000 + c.£600/month tronc + bonus up to £6,000
Relocation support available (must have the right to work in the UK)
Off to Work are recruiting an experienced, hands‑on Head Chef to lead one of two high‑volume Pan‑Asian kitchens. You’ll be an approachable leader, passionate about fresh, vibrant food, supporting and developing a team of 6 chefs.

Fresh, in‑house Vietnamese and Pan‑Asian dishes including:

The food
Fresh, in‑house Vietnamese and Pan‑Asian dishes including:
- Pho broths, rice noodles and fresh toppings
- Handmade spring & summer rolls
- Pork & lemongrass meatballs
- Fresh salads, rich curries and wok‑fried noodles
- Lead, train and motivate a kitchen team
- Maintain high food safety and H&S standards
- Manage stock control, ordering and margins
- Work confidently with kitchen systems (e.g. Acquire)
- Head Chef with minimum 2 years’ experience in role
- Hands‑on, organised and calm under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance
