Job Role: Head Chef - Term Time Only

Benefits -
I have a great Head Chef position available at a lovely prep school based in East Sussex. This is a primarily a Monday to Friday role with occasionally 1 weekend per term needed.
The Head Chef will help cater for a lunch service. You will lead a team of 6 and report into the Director of Catering. You will help feed around 300 - 400 per day. The usual offer will consist of a couple of hot mains, grab and go and deli bar. Experience in Secondary Schools or prep school would be beneficial for this role.
As well as the day to day lunch service you will also cater for some hospitality events and these can be afternoon teas, formal buffets, BBQ's and open mornings. Menus are changed each term and some amendments based on pupil feedback.
If you are an experienced Education Chef then please get in touch, prior knowledge of catering for early years at Prep School level would be idea for his role, also beneficial would be having a clean driving license.
