Job Role: Head Chef

We are looking for a Head Chef to take on control of this great kitchen in Central London, this would suit a high end Restaurant Chef looking for a better work / life balance whilst still producing Restaurant quality food!
The Head Chef will work with a Sous Chef and Chef de partie to produce around 60-70 covers for breakfast / lunch / dinner each day Monday to Friday, as well as catering for events. Hours will be between 7am to 3.30pm with a shift of 10.30am-7pm The team rotate and do 1 evening each week with 2 evenings every 3 weeks, Friday will be an early finish as well.
The Head Chef produce plated meals and this site is a free issue site with no food budget so you can produce the quality you are capable of. A chef with a Rosette or Michelin background would be ideal for this kitchen and the client will work closely with you to support your menu design.
Using the best fresh local produce and free reign on suppliers you can design and write exciting menus to showcase your skills and ability. As well as usual favorites you can bring different specials and new menu items.
