Hospitality Assistant 
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
£14.80 per hour
London

We are looking for a reliable and service-driven Hospitality Assistant to support the day-to-day operations within a professional corporate environment. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring meeting spaces and communal areas are always well-presented, fully stocked, and ready for use.

You will also provide occasional support to the front-of-house reception team, helping to maintain a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and staff.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms to a high standard, including layout, equipment, and refreshments

  • Clear down and reset rooms promptly after use

  • Replenish tea, coffee, and refreshment stations throughout the day

  • Ensure kitchen and hospitality areas are clean, tidy, and well-organised

  • Monitor stock levels and report when supplies need replenishing

  • Provide support to reception during busy periods, including greeting visitors and assisting with basic enquiries

  • Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality, facilities, or customer service is desirable

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional manner

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks

  • Willingness to be flexible and support different areas when required

  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
