Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Apprentice

Location: London
Hours: 40 hours per week or 30 hours per week 
Reports to: Senior Recruiter
Salary: £30,000 pa basic + commission (pro-rate for 30 hours)
Career Path: Progression to Recruiter within 12–18 months based on performance

About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious and polished Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who wants to kick-start a career in recruitment. You’ll work closely with senior recruiters, supporting them in sourcing top talent, managing junior-level roles, and researching new client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals

  • Interview candidates and match to client requirements 

  • Communicate with candidates in our CRM system

  • Research potential clients and networking opportunities

  • Conduct market research and compile monthly reports on top jobs/top employers

  • Assist in managing junior-level vacancies, progressing to autonomous management and business development

  • Support team reporting and administrative tasks

Required Skills & Background

  • Experience in hospitality at a minimum supervisory level (essential)

  • Recruitment or sales experience (preferred)

  • Strong communication and research skills

  • Ambition to grow into a full-cycle recruiter
