The food offering is all about quality, consistency and comfort—freshly cooked pub classics, from midweek favourites to traditional Sunday roasts done properly.

The Role As Kitchen Manager, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, including:
- Leading, mentoring and motivating the kitchen team day to day
- Managing food ordering, stock control and wastage
- Playing a hands‑on role in menu development and dish creation
- Ensuring allergen information and dish costings are accurate and compliant
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and organisation in a busy service environment
- An independently run, popular village pub with a loyal local following
- Known for classic pub food and well‑regarded Sunday roasts
- Supportive ownership with freedom to innovate and influence the menu
- Located in Streatley on Thames – own transport or local residence required
- Up to £35,000 per annum, paid hourly
- Average 40 hours per week for genuine work–life balance
- Creative control over menus and kitchen operation
