Responsibilities:
- Washing up, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils (machine and hand wash)
- Keeping kitchens, storage areas and delivery zones clean and organised
- Assisting chefs and catering staff with basic food preparation
- Handling deliveries, including regular heavy lifting and moving stock
- Supporting daily food service as required
- Following food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
- Previous Kitchen Porter experience in a commercial kitchen
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and long periods on your feet
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
