Payroll Assistant
London
40 hours (Mon–Fri)
£31,000 per annum
  
What you’ll be doing
– Payroll Support

  • Assisting with payroll processing, including the collection and accurate input of hours, expenses, and pension contributions
  • Setting up new starters and maintaining payroll records
  • Responding to payroll queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting the smooth and accurate completion of each payroll cycle
- Administration Support
  • Providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
What we’re looking for
  • Someone with an eagle eye for detail, who enjoys working with data and managing spreadsheets
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a basic understanding of UK employment law
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and payroll systems
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team
  • A high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
