What you’ll be doing
– Payroll Support
- Assisting with payroll processing, including the collection and accurate input of hours, expenses, and pension contributions
- Setting up new starters and maintaining payroll records
- Responding to payroll queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting the smooth and accurate completion of each payroll cycle
- Providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Someone with an eagle eye for detail, who enjoys working with data and managing spreadsheets
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a basic understanding of UK employment law
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and payroll systems
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
