Salary: £33,000 + tronc (approx. £5,000–£6,000 annually)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and service-led Floor Manager to join an exclusive members club in West London. This role would suit an individual from a restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality background who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, leading a vibrant and energetic team of over 30 front-of-house professionals in a unique and growing hospitality setting and delivering an exceptional member experience across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure a welcoming, polished and well-presented environment at all times.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and events teams to ensure seamless service.
- Support staffing, training and day-to-day service standards.
- Proven front-of-house supervisory or assistant manager experience
- High-quality hospitality background, such as a restaurant, hotel or similar environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised service
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and busy periods
