The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll be part of a 6‑strong kitchen team delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality dining across site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining standards, motivating the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Head Chef with the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
  • Taking full responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Leading and inspiring the kitchen team by example
  • Liaising confidently with Front of House and senior stakeholders
  • Delivering exceptional food standards under pressure
  • Ensuring all H&S and food safety procedures are followed at all times
