The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll be part of a 6‑strong kitchen team delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality dining across site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining standards, motivating the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
- Taking full responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence
- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team by example
- Liaising confidently with Front of House and senior stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional food standards under pressure
- Ensuring all H&S and food safety procedures are followed at all times

- Strong all‑rounder with experience in fine dining and high‑volume environments
- Calm, organised and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
