Our client is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering team at a young person’s leisure resort. This role is all about creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience while ensuring that all visitors' dietary needs are met. You will play a vital role in ensuring that young people enjoy their meals in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
You have the opportunity to live in if required , you must have a DBS or willing to get a DBS . Full uniform is provided as well as all meals

Our client is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering team at a young person’s leisure resort. This role is all about creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience while ensuring that all visitors' dietary needs are met. You will play a vital role in ensuring that young people enjoy their meals in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring smooth service.
- You will be catering for up to 600 young people and staff
- Lead and support the catering team to deliver high-quality meals efficiently.
- Create a positive and welcoming dining experience for young people and staff.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meal service runs smoothly and on time.
- Manage stock levels, budgets, and supplier relationships.
- Handle any issues or concerns related to meal service and visitor experience.
- Ability to create a positive, organized, and efficient dining environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working in a high-volume catering environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and special dietary requirements.
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar leadership role.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 or higher preferred).
