Our client is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering team at a young person’s leisure resort. This role is all about creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience while ensuring that all visitors' dietary needs are met. You will play a vital role in ensuring that young people enjoy their meals in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring smooth service.
  • You will be catering for up to 600 young people and staff
  • Lead and support the catering team to deliver high-quality meals efficiently.
  • Create a positive and welcoming dining experience for young people and staff.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meal service runs smoothly and on time.
  • Manage stock levels, budgets, and supplier relationships.
  • Handle any issues or concerns related to meal service and visitor experience.

  •  Ability to create a positive, organized, and efficient dining environment.
  •   Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  •  Experience working in a high-volume catering environment.
  •  A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and special dietary requirements.
  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar leadership role.
  •  Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 or higher preferred).
