Equipment Hire & Supply to the Event Industry
West London - Feltham
Monday to Friday – days only
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 - DoE
Excellent bonus & commission structure

Due to increase in business, an opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of an Account Executive to join their dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our clients and internal departments across sales, logistics, and warehousing.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive, detail-oriented environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
  

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, orders, and service requests.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to post-event follow-up & feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while contributing to new business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Prepare & manage client quotes, follow up on proposals, and handle bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that add value for clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve performance targets and uphold high standards of client service.
  
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Experience in “re-active sales” and account management, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • “Knowledge of the Event Industry would an advantage”
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • A creative mindset to identify new opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated to thrive in a dynamic environment with an outgoing & confident personality.
