I have a great Chef Manager position available at an Independent education site in South West London. This is a lovely small unit with a great team and client as well. We are looking for Chefs that have previous Chef Manager experience within schools ideally Secondary level.
This Chef Manager role is a primarily a Monday to Friday role with core hours being either 7.00am to 3.30pm or 10.30am to 7pm. This is a full 52 week contract as you will work over summer to cover summer schools and residential stays. You will need some flexibility as some weekend work will be required
This Chef Manager will be supported by a Sous Chef and Chef de Partie and pot wash. This site has boarders as well as day students. You will cook for around 80 for breakfast / lunch / dinner on a daily basis and have the support of a weekend team as well.
The Chef Manager will be very hands on and form close relationships with the students and teachers alike. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and have good knowledge of H&S and Allergens.
