What you’ll do:
- Craft high-quality coffees on traditional machines during busy periods
- Serve guests with warmth, efficiency, and a genuine smile
- Support with food service, light prep, and counter operations
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and café presentation
- Manage stock rotation and assist with daily set-up and close-down
- Help keep the café flowing smoothly in a fast-moving, social environment
- Minimum 1 year strong barista skills and experience in a high-volume café or similar setting
- Confident working under pressure while keeping service upbeat and friendly
- A positive, outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping the café looking its best
- Proactive, reliable, team-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a lively, dynamic space
