Basic Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

We’re building a new kind of recruitment service — one that blends smart AI technology with the warmth and care that defines great hospitality.
As our Recruitment Service Manager, you’ll be at the centre of it: driving recruitment delivery, leading client relationships, and developing commercial opportunities that help the platform grow.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves recruitment, enjoys business development, and is excited by the blend of people, process, and technology.

What You’ll Do as Recruitment Service Manager
  • Lead the day‑to‑day running of our AI‑powered, human‑centred recruitment service
  • Deliver and oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quality matches and a smooth process for candidates and clients
  • Drive business development by identifying opportunities, onboarding new employers, and growing existing accounts
  • Build strong, commercially focused client relationships that support retention and revenue growth
  • Coach and support a team who deliver interviews, assessments, and candidate guidance
  • Own and manage the recruitment platform/ATS, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the human quality assurance layer that complements AI‑generated matches
  • Manage budgets and contribute directly to strong commercial outcomes
  • Use data and insights to optimise processes and elevate candidate and client experience
What You Bring
  • Strong recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in‑house), ideally in volume or hospitality hiring
  • Proven ability to drive business development or sales within a recruitment or people‑focused environment
  • Confidence using modern recruitment technology, CRM/ATS platforms, and AI‑supported tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence decision makers
  • A calm, organised, solutions‑focused approach with strong process discipline
  • A passion for people, service, and creating positive, human-centred experiences
What We Offer
  • A supportive, people‑centred culture where wellbeing and kindness matter
  • Clear development and growth opportunities as our service expands
  • A meaningful role shaping a recruitment experience that will support thousands of jobseekers
  • A modern, flexible working approach aligned with the hospitality sector
  • Transparent, fair pay with the opportunity to make a real impact
If you’re a driven recruiter who loves combining strong client relationships, commercial growth, and human‑focused service with innovative technology — we’d love to hear from you.
