What You’ll Do as Recruitment Service Manager
- Lead the day‑to‑day running of our AI‑powered, human‑centred recruitment service
- Deliver and oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quality matches and a smooth process for candidates and clients
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities, onboarding new employers, and growing existing accounts
- Build strong, commercially focused client relationships that support retention and revenue growth
- Coach and support a team who deliver interviews, assessments, and candidate guidance
- Own and manage the recruitment platform/ATS, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Oversee the human quality assurance layer that complements AI‑generated matches
- Manage budgets and contribute directly to strong commercial outcomes
- Use data and insights to optimise processes and elevate candidate and client experience
- Strong recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in‑house), ideally in volume or hospitality hiring
- Proven ability to drive business development or sales within a recruitment or people‑focused environment
- Confidence using modern recruitment technology, CRM/ATS platforms, and AI‑supported tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence decision makers
- A calm, organised, solutions‑focused approach with strong process discipline
