Job description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage with proven experience in 5 Star Properties or Corporate Catering at the highest level to lead the full food and beverage operations across a prestigious Corporate Banking environment.

This role oversees multiple revenue streams including Conferencing and Events, Internal Meetings and Hospitality, Fine Dining, A la carte Restaurant and a large 'Marketplace' retail offer aimed at the bank's employees. The brand's UK HQ moves into a flagship site this coming summer!

As Director of Food & Beverage you will provide strategic leadership, drive commercial performance, and cultivate a high-performing team culture across the head office site in London and a further 3 locations across the UK & Ireland.  The position requires strong operational oversight, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to uphold the standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

The aim of this role is to ensure exceptional quality, service consistency, and memorable client experiences. The turnover this year is budgeted for £10 million so experience of similar numbers is essential.
To succeed in this role, the Director of Food & Beverage will bring:
  • Extensive food and beverage management experience, including senior leadership within 5* Properties or Corporate Catering
  • Proven success overseeing multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars, and events
  • A track record of developing and implementing strategies that increase revenue, enhance guest satisfaction, and elevate service standards.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing, motivating, and developing diverse F&B teams of 200+ personnel.
  • Advanced financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
