Salary: £37,000 + annual bonus up to £6,000–£7,000
We are seeking a Lounge Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of an exclusive customer lounge within an international travel setting. This is a hands-on leadership role where service excellence, team engagement, and operational standards are essential.
The Role
Working closely with the Lounge Manager, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the lounge, delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience.
You will lead from the front—visible on the floor, supporting your team, resolving issues, and maintaining a five-star standard at all times.

The Role

You will lead from the front—visible on the floor, supporting your team, resolving issues, and maintaining a five-star standard at all times.
- Lead the day to day lounge operations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team on shift.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
- Maintain high standards across food, beverage and presentation.
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure smooth service during busy, high-footfall periods.
- Experience in premium hospitality (airport or rail lounges, hotels, or high-end food & beverage).
- Background as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Good conversational French is essential - only applicants meeting this requirement will be considered.
- DBS check required prior to employment.
- Must have 5 years’ continuous UK work history.
