Hospitality and Fine Dining Assistant Manager

£37,000 per annum plus benefits
Monday–Friday - 40 hours per week
We’re seeking an organised, personable, and proactive Hospitality and Fine Dining Assistant Manager on behalf of our client who is one of the UKs leading Food Service providers. This will be to support the smooth running of the hospitality and fine dining service in the London headquarters of one of their most valued clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the daily operation of hospitality and fine dining services, ensuring the highest standards at all times
- Working closely with the management team to maintain efficient workflows and service excellence
- Leading, developing, and motivating a passionate team, including rota planning, recruitment, and training
- Assisting with financial duties such as stock control, ordering, and basic cost monitoring
- Driving engagement initiatives and contributing creative ideas to enhance the guest experience
- Building and maintaining professional, friendly relationships with clients and visitors
- Ensuring compliance, safety, and operational procedures are consistently upheld
- Experience in hospitality supervision or a similar customer-focused role
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- A confident and personable communicator with strong client-facing skills
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Reliability, professionalism, and pride in delivering exceptional service
