The site delivers a diverse catering offer, including staff dining, grab-and-go & vending and a busy hospitality and events operation. It is a fast-paced, people-focused environment, ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys being operational while maintaining a strategic overview.
The Catering General Manager has full responsibility for the day-to-day of the catering operation, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, service delivery, and customer experience.

The Catering General Manager has full responsibility for the day-to-day of the catering operation, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, service delivery, and customer experience.
- Oversee all aspects of the F & B operation across the site.
- Ensure service standards are met while delivering exceptional client service.
- Managing staff dining, grab-and-go and vending, and hospitality and events operations.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 15 staff through strong positive leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior internal clients, VIPs, and visitors.
- Manage budgets, controlling costs, monitoring stock to ensure contract profitability.
- Support marketing and engagement initiatives to drive sales and participation.
- Ensure full compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across the operation.
- Proven experience managing a B&I catering contract.
- Strong hospitality and events delivery experience.
- A natural, confident people-focused leader with a hands-on management style.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a calm and professional approach.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
- A genuine passion for food, service excellence, and the guest experience.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
