My client is a market leader in Corporate Hospitality counting many of the globe's FTSE 100 companies amongst their clients! In a newly created role they are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to help shape and embed a strong culture of learning across this premium hospitality brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity to design and deliver impactful development programmes, work closely with People & HR teams, and ensure learning activity is engaging, relevant, and supports genuine growth.

This is a varied position involving in-person delivery, stakeholder partnering, and flexibility to work from home when needed.

What you'll be doing:
  • Creating and delivering engaging learning content across digital and face‑to‑face platforms
  • Working with central teams to understand venue‑level learning needs and build clear career pathways
  • Leading the development and roll‑out of a high‑quality management induction programme
  • Supporting talent mapping outcomes in partnership with HR Business Partners
  • Collaborating with Recruitment on workshops and digital learning initiatives
  • Partnering with DEI teams to ensure learning is inclusive and accessible
  • Measuring learning effectiveness and tracking development outcomes
What you'll need:
  • Strong background in learning delivery and content design WITHIN A HOSPITALITY SETTING
  • Proven experience managing apprenticeship programmes and overseeing learner cohorts
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • A passion for people development and great guest/colleague experiences
  • Experience with Insights Discovery, Franklin Covey or Myers‑Briggs is a bonus
This is a newly created role with plenty of scope to shape, influence, and build something exceptional.

40 hours per week
Salary £50,000 however may be negotiation DOE
