A very popular restaurant & bar in Central London is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead this well-established business into its next phase of growth.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a successful venue generating multi-million-pound annual revenues, operating seven days per week. The business enjoys an excellent reputation for quality food, a vibrant bar offering and a distinctive setting.

The General Manager will be expected not only to maintain operational excellence but also to bring a more strategic, commercially driven approach that unlocks further growth and performance.
As the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance of the venue, combining hands-on leadership with strategic planning. This role requires a manager who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams and understands how to drive revenue through planning & innovations and sound decision-making.

  
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the restaurant & bar day to day operations.
  • Provide strong leadership and professional development for the team.
  • Drive commercial performance and revenue growth through proactive planning and innovations.
  • Implement strategies to increase covers, average spend and repeat business.
  • Maintain excellence across guest experience, service standards and food quality
  • Oversee operational performance, including labour control, cost management and key KPIs.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a commercially minded General Manager with strong operational credentials and a proven track record in London restaurants & bars.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a high-performing restaurant & bar operation.
  • Commercial awareness, revenue-driving capability, with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • The ability to motivate, lead and develop teams.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with finance, marketing and senior stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of current industry trends and the competitive Central London market.
