My career in the hospitality industry goes back more than 25 years – I baked my very first cake at the tender age of 6! I arrived in London many years ago and started my working life as a Chef. After few years spent in the kitchen, I moved into front of house and worked for Michelin Star restaurants, as well as Boutique Hotels to Contract Catering.
About 11 years ago, I decided that recruitment was a field I wanted to explore and use my knowledge and understanding of the catering and hospitality industry. Throughout my career in recruitment, I’ve had the opportunity and privilege to meet the most amazing people from around the world and all walks of life and witness many success stories with clients and candidates alike.
Away from my desk I enjoy long country walks, theatre and also spending time cooking for and with friends!
