- Deliver consistently high service standards aligned to a corporate law firm culture.
- Building and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage team performance, including scheduling, training, and development.
- Drive continuous service enhancements to elevate guest experiences.
- Act as the main contact for senior partners and business teams.
- Manage budgets, costs and financial targets
- Experience in contract catering / corporate hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills. organised and solutions focused.
- Passionate about customer service and building strong client relationships
- Creative, energetic and able to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
- Strong financial understanding and budget management experience.
