We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Catering General Manager to lead hospitality, catering and events at the London headquarters of a prestigious global law firm.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-end corporate environment, delivering five-star service every day. The role is with a specialist London catering company known for exceptional food, service and innovation, and offers a clear progression path within a leading UK contract caterer.
  
The Role
You will take full responsibility for all catering and hospitality operations, including dining, meetings and events.
You will lead a small, professional hospitality team and work closely with senior legal stakeholders to ensure seamless service and flawless delivery.
This role suits an energetic and creative General Manager who is passionate about food, service and standards, and confident working in a professional services environment.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all catering, hospitality and events operations.
  • Deliver consistently high service standards aligned to a corporate law firm culture.
  • Building and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage team performance, including scheduling, training, and development.
  • Drive continuous service enhancements to elevate guest experiences.
  • Act as the main contact for senior partners and business teams.
  • Manage budgets, costs and financial targets
