✨ What you’ll be doing

• Delivering refined, discreet service during fine‑dining lunches, dinners, and VIP meetings
• Preparing and maintaining private dining rooms and hospitality spaces to immaculate standards
• Supporting a range of corporate events — from intimate executive gatherings to high‑profile client receptions
• Hosting guests with warmth, confidence, and a naturally polished presence
• Working closely with chefs and the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless, elevated service
• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail across all areas
• Assisting with stock management and prepping for upcoming services and events

• Previous fine‑dining or luxury hospitality experience (corporate, hotel, or restaurant)
• Impeccable service standards and a sharp eye for detail
• Confident, professional communication and a guest‑first mindset
• The ability to anticipate needs and deliver elegant, unobtrusive service
• Strong organisation, calmness under pressure, and the ability to multitask smoothly
