What you’ll do:
- Set up, service, and clear meeting rooms to a high standard
- Support daily lunch service, including setup, hosting, and tidy-down
- Deliver warm, professional service in the client lounge
- Assist with internal and client events, ensuring seamless execution
- Maintain immaculate presentation across all hospitality areas
- Manage stock levels and ensure smooth operational flow
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality and reception teams
- Minimum 1 year’s hospitality or corporate service experience (law firm or professional services ideal)
- Strong customer-service skills and a polished, professional approach
- Excellent communication and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
- Strong organisation and ability to multitask across changing priorities
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive, can-do mindset
