What you’ll be doing
- Setting up, servicing, and resetting meeting rooms so they look flawless every time
- Supporting daily lunch service — from setup to hosting to tidy‑down — with confidence and calm
- Delivering a warm, polished welcome in the client lounge
- Helping run internal and client events that feel seamless and well‑executed
- Keeping hospitality spaces looking immaculate and ready for anything
- Managing stock and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
- Working closely with a friendly, high‑performing hospitality and reception team
- At least 1 year of hospitality or corporate service experience (professional services or law firm experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Strong people skills and a naturally polished, professional presence
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Great organisation and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
- A positive, reliable, proactive mindset — you get things done and make things better
