Hospitality Assistant
City of London
Monday–Friday, 40 hours
£14.80 per hour

We’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join a leading corporate law firm in the City of London. If you take pride in exceptional service, have great attention to detail, and thrive in a polished, fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you.

What you’ll do:
  • Set up, service, and clear meeting rooms to a high standard
  • Support daily lunch service, including setup, hosting, and tidy-down
  • Deliver warm, professional service in the client lounge
  • Assist with internal and client events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Maintain immaculate presentation across all hospitality areas
  • Manage stock levels and ensure smooth operational flow
  • Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality and reception teams
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 1 year’s hospitality or corporate service experience (law firm or professional services ideal)
  • Strong customer-service skills and a polished, professional approach
  • Excellent communication and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
  • Strong organisation and ability to multitask across changing priorities
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive, can-do mindset
