I have worked in Hospitality Recruitment for the last 18 years and built up a solid network of clients and candidates alike. I specialise in Permanent Chef Recruitment focusing mainly within Corporate Business and Industry; Law Firms, Banks, Investment etc.

My approach to helping chefs climb the career ladder is to work proactively on their behalf; give me the wish list (within reason!) and I will use my network to match chefs with clients who fit the brief. For clients I will seek out suitably qualified chefs to join their kitchen, this is by utilising my network of chefs and contacts as well as engaging with chefs who may not actively be looking but who could be excited by the opportunity!

I work with all levels of Chef from Executive Head Chefs and Development Chefs to Head Chef, Sous Chef, CDP and Commis Chef and all levels in between.

I pride myself on the guidance and advice I provide to both chefs and clients on the current market trends and salary levels. I have recruited single roles as well as whole kitchen teams for new openings.
