Job Role: Coffee Shop Supervisor

We are working with a lovely new independent deli / restaurant in the lovely Cotswold's. We are looking for a Supervisor / Barista to join the team and be part of the business.
The Supervisor will work 40 Hours per week on a rota basis. The opening times will be around 8am to 5pm and you will work 8 hour shifts with a break. The location will be 5 Days per week with it closed on Tue/Wed so during the busy summer tourist season you will be required to work weekends and then in the off season you will get more flexible working times.
Your duties will include making fresh coffee's to order, serving sandwiches and other food items to customers. Some cleaning will be required and ensuring the service area is kept clean and tidy at all times. Managing a couple of other staff as well so some supervisory experience will be required.
We are looking for a supervisor with Barista experience and with a good coffee knowledge and who has made a wide range of coffee's to order and also has some basic food preparation skills, although the main food items are prepared by the chef but some food prep will be expected. This may be Sandwiches, Salads, Savories.
