Housekeeping Staffing Manager – Hospitality Recruitment
Salary Up to £50,000 depending on experience + bonus + benefits
5 days out of 7 - 40 hours per week

Who we are
At Off to Work, we supply many of London’s most prestigious 5-star hotels with outstanding Food & Beverage, Conference & Banqueting, Bar, and culinary teams. Housekeeping however has recently become a power house off the back of securing a major contract to supply housekeeping teams across three luxury properties… and we’re looking for the right person to make this new stream thrive.
  
The role:
We’re looking for a natural leader from an operational housekeeping background who’s ready to move into the fast-paced world of agency staffing. You’ll take ownership of our new housekeeping recruitment and deployment — from building the talent pool and managing logistics to strengthening client relationships and winning new business.
  
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Recruiting, training, and developing top-tier housekeeping teams for luxury hotels.
  • Managing the scheduling, deployment, and quality control of staff.
  • Building strong relationships with our existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
  • Using your industry connections to open doors and grow our portfolio.
  • Acting as the go-to expert for all things housekeeping within our business.
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has experience as a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in luxury hotels.
  • Knows what “five-star standards” really mean and can recruit to that level.
  • Has industry contacts and the confidence to turn them into clients.
  • Is quick-thinking, highly organised, and a great communicator.
  • Wants a career change that keeps you in the industry you love — without being tied to daily operations.
