We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Host Supervisor. You will be responsible for overseeing a large group of hosts in a busy environment. You will be able to quickly adapt to changes and quickly move people and resources around to make sure all areas are covered and that service is not interrupted.

We’re seeking someone who is friendly, approachable, and outgoing — a natural born critical thinker, you will adapt quickly and be able to think on your feet , you will ideally have management or supervisory experience . The Supervising Host will over see a team and be the first port of call to the hosts as well as the cooks. You will be working 4 on 4 off.
  

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of hosts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for hosts and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
  • Organize staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage to ensure all areas are adequately staffed at all times.
  • Monitor service flow, quickly responding to changes and reallocating resources to maintain high service standards.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and feedback to the team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Assist in training new team members to uphold company standards and deliver excellent guest service.
  • Handle guest queries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained across all service areas.

  • Experienced in supervising or managing a team, ideally in hospitality, customer service, or a busy service environment.

  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage shifts and keep operations running smoothly.
