Salary - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)
Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for great food and exceptional service?
We’re looking for a General Manager to lead a thriving multi-outlets catering operation in Cambridge, delivering outstanding experiences across three education sites and generating circa £2.5m+ in annual revenue.
You’ll oversee a team of around 40 staff, including experienced 3 Heads of Department, and ensure smooth, high-quality service for around 2,000 clients each day. From cafés and delis to dining halls, hospitality, and events, no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor and inspire your teams to deliver excellent service across all sites.
- Manage a multi-million-pound operation with full accountability for quality, standards, and efficiency.
- Drive innovation & improvement, and deliver operational excellence & commercial success.
- Build strong relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders.

- Experience in multi-site or high-volume contract catering (education sector an advantage).
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
