Role: Sous Chef

Benefits -
We are looking for a Sous Chef and we are working with a leading Contract Catering company for Private Education site in Nottinghamshire, this operation caters for both daily feeding as well as boarders.
This is primarily a Monday to Friday role but some weekends will be required - The shift pattern will be mostly day shifts and latest finish will be around 7am
The Sous will support the Head Chef and senior sous chef work in a kitchen team of around 7-8 so will need good management skills and communication skills. You will be working on a 3 weekly rotating menu and ensure all food prepared and presented to the required high standards
The kitchen will cater for around 1200 meals day for both students and staff, there will also be hospitality events and functions as required. The Sous Chef will need experience in cooking for large numbers on a daily basis. A Hotel background with Banqueting experience would also be well suited to this role.
