An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Catering Manager to lead a multi-outlet operation within a prestigious education and events environment in Kent.

You’ll take ownership of three modern, on-trend venues, including a vibrant café and grab & go food court, a fast-paced casual dining space, and a lively bar — each designed to deliver exceptional food, service, and atmosphere.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic catering operation that blends great food, themed events, and a buzzing social scene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across café / grab & go food court, casual dining space & bar
  • Ensure consistently exceptional food & beverage standards.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated front-of-house team.
  • Build & maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage budgets, stock, and financial performance to achieve targets.
  • Support and coordinate internal events, hospitality, and private functions.
  • Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and engagement through innovation and great service.

About You
  • Previous management experience in multi-outlet catering, fast-casual dining, or brasserie/bar-style environments
  • Comfortable leading high-volume, fast-paced operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
  • A true passion for great food, drinks, and service excellence
  • Knowledge of current food and drink trends, and innovative.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Commercial acumen and confident in budgeting & cost management.
  • Proactive, organised, and flexible management style.
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on, and customer-focused.
