Restaurant General Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 DoE + Bonus
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee 3 boutique neighbourhood restaurants in West London, each offering a refined Indian dining experience.
The brand is inspired by the philosophy of balance and well-being, celebrating authentic North Indian cuisine with Punjabi influences. The menus focus on high-quality, seasonal ingredients, dishes from the tandoor, and creative experiences such as Indian brunch and afternoon tea.
Each restaurant seats around 40 guests, offering both à la carte dining and delivery services. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a close-knit environment, leading small, passionate teams and maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across three sites, ensuring excellence in food quality and guest experience
- Lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver warm, professional service
- Manage budgets, staffing, and performance targets effectively
- Work closely with senior management on menu development and promotional initiatives
- Ensure operational consistency and uphold brand standards across all sites
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in a premium or boutique restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident, organised, and customer-focused
- Financially astute with solid understanding of restaurant operations
- Experience with Indian or world cuisine preferred, but not essential.
