Job Role: Chef Manager

Salary: £36,00 - £37,000

This Chef Manager will cater for only 50-60 covers for lunch, this will be working in a small kitchen. This role will be a solo working role with the Chef Manager being the only person in the kitchen. This means you will have full responsibility of the kitchen operation as no KP on site either. There is front of house to support.
The Chef Manager will need to prepare mainly grab and go options as well as Sandwiches and salads so good organization skills will be needed. This is a retail only operation so you will need to be happy to speak to customers as required and adapt food offers to match customer requirements.
This role would suit a Chef Manager who is has previously worked alone as this is a different set up to a fully staffed kitchen. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO WORK ON YOUR OWN
The role hours hours of Monday to Friday with 7am to 3.30pm being the set working pattern with no evenings or weekends. A lovely little role for someone. We can consider a Sous Chef for this role who is looking to take on their own site.
