Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across corporate, private, and wedding markets.
 - Respond to inbound enquiries, preparing bespoke proposals and presentations tailored to each client’s requirements.
 - Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty.
 - Collaborate with culinary, planning, and operations teams to deliver seamless and memorable events.
 - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and client expectations to inform business strategy.
 - Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
 
- Proven track record in sales within luxury catering, events, or hospitality.
 - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Strong relationship-building abilities and a client-focused mindset.
 - Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach.
 - Creative and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and understanding of premium service delivery.
